Q What if I think I was over billed on my credit card?
A Contact Enformion and we will investigate the discrepancy. We will
respond with a confirmation and estimated time of resolution to your problem.
Frequently errors are generated by the credit card processing companies. Errors
of this type take longer to resolve because we have to wait for the credit card

Q Credit limits?
A To protect credit card holders in general, Enformion has set its
credit authorization system to limit the amount your card can be charged in one
day. This limits Enformion's liability and yours if your card was stolen
and the thief was attempting to make charges on the card. The limit is set at
$100.00 for the first day you use our site, $200.00 for the second day, etc.,
all the way up to a $600.00 per day limit. For additional help please contact:
