
Q What if I forgot my password?
A Please email customer support and include the following: USERNAME and
the last 8 digits of the card you used to sign up. For additional help please

Q I want to change my password.
A To change your password, simply email us your USERNAME, Full Name, and
current password with your desired new password. We will check availability for
your password and email you a response. For additional help please contact

Q I can't log in for some reason.
A The most common mistake made when our customers have trouble logging on
to the system is not entering their USERNAME and PASSWORD exactly the way they
entered it when signing up. USERNAME and PASSWORD are case sensitive. Ex. if
your PASSWORD or USERNAME is John1 and you entered it as JOHN1 it will not pass
