Enformion’s Leadership team has decades of experience in big data and building powerful, nimble, flexible data solutions.

Rob Miller, Chairman and Founder

Rob Miller is the founder and Chairman of Enformion. As one of the early pioneers in online data aggregation, Rob remains one of the most respected and knowledgeable public records industry experts. Rob has been a licensed private investigator in California since 1986, and he received his degree in Criminal Justice from California State University Sacramento.

Amber Higgins, Chief Executive Officer

Amber Higgins is Enformion’s CEO, leading the company's operations and strategy. She joined the team in 2010, bringing 20 years of experience in Big Data organizations, where she led operations, product development and customer acquisition. Before joining Enformion, Amber was VP of Business Development for US Search, a division of First Advantage Corporation. Prior to that, she held senior marketing positions at several ecommerce start-ups. Amber earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University (Ohio).

Alexandra Siotos, Partner Strategy Leader

Alex is Enformion’s Partner Strategy Leader. She brings 40+ years of experience working in the financial services industry, where she focused on leveraging technology, analytics and performance metrics to improve operational efficiencies, workflow strategy, and generally making clients’ business processes smarter. Prior to joining Enformion, Alex was a Senior Director for Experian's Global Consulting Practice, working with their largest strategic clients in the areas of collections and recovery. Alex studied at San Francisco State University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She is fluent in Greek, and she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Philippe de Raet, Vice President of Public Sector

Philippe de Raet is the VP of Public Sector. He brings decades of experience in sales management in both public and private sectors. Before joining Enformion, Philippe held various leadership roles with large multi-billion-dollar organizations. Recently, Philippe was Vice President for TransUnion’s Government Information Solutions division after its acquisition of TLO. Prior to this, he served as VP at Experian, which he joined in 2009 as head of Strategic Alliances/Public Sector. Philippe also held the position of VP and Corporate Officer of Kantara’s Board of Trustees (a FICAM Trusted Framework Provider). Philippe possesses both US and EU citizenships, and is fluent in French, Spanish and English. He studied Finance at the University of Toronto, and holds an MBA from Durham University Business School in the UK.

David Morton, Vice President of Sales – Collections

David Morton is the VP of Sales – Collections, leading the sales strategy and execution within the Accounts Receivable Management industry. Before joining Enformion, he was VP of Sales and Marketing for FMS, Inc. and Van Ru Credit. David has more than 20 years of collections experience, beginning with managing collection agencies and attorneys at GE Capital and Citibank. A subsequent sales role focused on retail and consumer credit issuers, debt buyers, private and government student lending, and other providers of unsecured lines of credit. David studied Chemical Engineering at Clemson University.
