Tenant Screening

A tenant screening is a type of background check used by landlords and property management companies to determine if an individual is a suitable tenant for a property. Tenant screenings look into the financial history and credit scores of potential tenants, employment history, rental history, any past evictions, and any criminal or court records. If the results are not up to the landlord’s satisfaction, the tenant may be denied access to the property.
