Enformion MCP — Tools & Support Guide

Ask in plain English. The Enformion assistant understands what you’re looking for and calls the right data tool for you, there’s no query language and no field names to memorize. This guide covers what each tool can do and shows a few real conversations. The tool names in code font are what your AI client shows in its tool list; you never have to type them.

What you can do

Find & size an audience

Build and preview a list of people who match your criteria — location, age, income, homeownership, job, and more.

Estimate the size · lead_count · “How many people match?” Get a single headline number before you pull any records. It’s free to run and returns no personal data, perfect for market sizing and for deciding whether to widen or narrow your criteria.

Preview a sample · lead_search · “Show me some matches.” See a sample of up to 5 matching people, names, ages, locations, and contact details — alongside the true total number of matches (for example, “5 of 4,343,417”). A fast way to sanity-check an audience before committing to the full list.

Export a list · export · “Download these as a CSV.” Download matching leads as a spreadsheet-ready CSV, up to 50 records per month by default. Ideal for handing a list to your outreach or campaign tools. Need higher-volume exports? Contact customer service to add credits.

Look up a specific record

Research a single person, property, or business.

Property records · property_search · “Who owns this address?” Look up property and parcel ownership by address, APN, owner name, or business name. Good for title research, ownership verification, due diligence, and asset discovery.

Debt & court records · debt_search · “Any liens on file?” Search liens, judgments, and bankruptcies by person, business, address, or case number. Good for risk assessment, tenant screening, collections, and pre-litigation research.

Consumer profile · consumer_insights · “Tell me about this person.” Pull a demographic and household profile for a specific person: age, estimated income, education, homeownership, household makeup, and lifestyle indicators. Good for customer profiling, audience enrichment, and know-your-customer checks.

Your account

Every account can preview and evaluate right away, no credits required: a 5-record sample on every search and up to 50 exports per month.

Need full result sets or higher-volume exports? Those run on credits. To add credits to your account, contact customer service and we’ll get you set up and go over pricing.

Two free tools keep you on top of it:

Check your balance · credit_balance · “How many credits do I have?” Your current credit balance. Free to check.

Review your usage · usage_summary · “What have I used this month?” How many times you’ve used each tool this month, plus your remaining monthly and rate limits. Always free to check.

Example conversations

Here’s how everyday questions map to the tools. Notice you never name a tool — you just ask.

1. Sizing an audience

You: How many homeowners in Florida earn more than $100k a year?

Assistant: About 4.3 million people match that. Want me to pull a sample, or narrow it down first — by city, age, or ZIP?

2. Sample, then export

You: Show me a sample of that list.

Assistant: Here are 5 of 4,343,417 matches — names, ages, cities, phones, and emails. By default you see a 5-record preview; the full audience is much larger. Want the whole list? Full pulls run on credits — contact our team to add them: phone 1(855) 281-3915 · email [email protected].

You: Export the first batch.

Assistant: Done — I’ve attached a CSV with 50 leads (this month’s export allowance). You have 0 of 50 exports remaining this month.

3. Look up a property, then the owner

You: Who owns 123 Main St in Miami, and what can you tell me about them?

Assistant: That parcel is owned by [owner name]. Here’s their profile — age range, estimated income, homeownership, and household details. Want me to check for any liens or judgments on them too?

4. Account & usage

You: How many credits do I have, and what have I used this month?

Assistant: Here’s your credit balance, plus a breakdown of each tool you’ve used this month and how much of your monthly and per-minute limits remain.

5. Debt & court records

You: Are there any liens or judgments on file in Miami?

Assistant: Here’s a sample of matching records — the person or business, the filing type (lien, judgment, or bankruptcy), and the filing date. Want me to focus on a specific name or address?

Good to know

  • By default, searches return a 5-record sample, but you always see the true total, so you know how big the audience really is.
  • By default, exports are capped at 50 records per calendar month per account; the allowance resets each month.
  • Credits lift those limits for full pulls and higher-volume exports, contact customer service to add credits.
  • Checking your balance and usage is always free and never counts against your limits.
  • Data is provided for your authorized use; personal information is handled per your agreement.
