Enformion Leadership Team

As one of the early pioneers in the online information services market, Rob Miller, Enformion’s Chairman, remains one of the most respected and knowledgeable public records industry experts. Early in his career, Rob was a professional investigator for Intel Corporation in Santa Clara, California. During his tenure with Intel, he investigated the loss of proprietary information and gray market activities as well as internal theft.

He went on to found PeopleFinders, a leading B2C data provider, in 1988. Rob has been a licensed private investigator in California since 1986 and received his degree in Criminal Justice from California State University Sacramento. He lives in California with his wife and son. Rob enjoys watching professional sports- his favorite teams being the San Francisco Giants for baseball, and San Francisco 49ers for football. He also enjoys watching MMA and often attends events with his son that feature their favorite teams and fighters.

Chris Lundquist joined Enformion in 2021 as its Board Advisor and Chief Strategist. With over three decades’ experience, Chris is a widely recognized expert in the fraud and credit risk industry. His journey to Enformion starts in 1989 when he founded LCI, a leading bankruptcy management solutions company. Chris sold LCI but remained on as Chief Strategy and Technology Officer. Prior to joining Enformion, Chris’ role was Division President overseeing LCI, G2 Global Web Services, and Verisk Retail.

Chris holds a BME and an MBA from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, focusing on management information systems, automation, database systems, and AI. He currently serves as Executive Chairman of Chargeback Guru’s and as Industry First Campaign Advisor for Falfurrias Capital Partners. He is a senior board member of the Rensselaer Silicon Valley Executive Counsel, and The Marine Mammal Center.

Chris resides in northern California with his wife and has two children in college. When not working, he can be found playing the piano, going to Giants games, and flying upside down.

Amber Higgins, Enformion’s Chief Executive Officer, is the driving force behind the company’s growth and success. An industry veteran, Amber has over 20 years of experience building and scaling data-as-a-service organizations, leading and executing growth strategies in business development, P&L, marketing, engineering, and product management. Amber started with the company as the VP of Business Development in 2010, where she led traffic acquisition, product development, advertising and business development efforts. Prior to joining, Amber led Business Development for US Search, a division of First Advantage Corporation, scaling strategic partnerships.

Amber has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the Miami University (Ohio). While she grew up in land-locked Ohio, she now enjoys living on the coast of southern California. Amber enjoys volunteering, spending time with her family, and outdoor activities – skiing in winter and SUP in summer.

Tim Lease is the Chief Operations Officer for Enformion. Tim has over 8 years’ experience in the fraud & risk analytics industry, particularly in legal/compliance and technology analytics. Tim comes to us from G2, where he first served as Director of Legal Affairs and Administration, and then as the VP of Business Operations and General Counsel. As COO of Enformion, Tim’s focus is on the execution of our strategy and vision – to strengthen and expand our position as one of the leading providers of actionable data insights for businesses and consumers.

Tim has two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Washington, and a law degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Tim is a foodie and avid fan of strength sports, where he competes nationally in powerlifting. Based in Seattle, he lives with his wife and his two dogs, Mando and Luna.

Venkat joined Enformion as Chief Product and Data Science Officer (CPO) in 2022. Venkat has an impressive 25 years of experience in the world of big data, with a focus on the financial and tech industries. As CPO, Venkat will oversee our business client product roadmap and delivery, data science & analytical outputs- including ML/AI scores, research, and strategy optimization. Before this, he was Head of Fraud & Credit Risk Solution business line at Argus (A Verisk Analytics Company), Director of Fraud Risk at Capital One, and SVP/Head of North America Fraud & Credit Risk Strategy at HSBC. He also previously served as VP of Fraud and Disputes Strategy and Director of IT risk systems at HSBC and First Data.

Venkat is a robotics engineer who started as a technologist managing fraud/credit risk systems and leading business operations & policy. He is also a successful consultant, having built-up a successful fraud and credit risk analytic consulting practice for a larger analytics firm. Venkat has implemented effective risk strategies across multiple banking products and channels and provides fraud and credit risk expertise to several advisory boards.

His hobbies include cooking, traveling, and hanging out with his family. Venkat currently resides in New York state with his wife, son, and daughter.

Erik Pickering is President of Tracers, where he manages operations and implements strategies to ensure ongoing increasing market share and revenue, while providing solutions that align with the Enformion vision.

Erik has over 25 years of experience in running and growing multiple businesses. As president of the Consumer Division of First Advantage Corporation, he ran two data business units: the US Search and the Homeowners Club. Prior to his work at First Advantage, Erik also spent some time in the financial field, managing Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund. His responsibilities at Bridgewater included research data operations, trading desk oversight and company-wide security. Erik has held senior leadership positions at some of the most successful Fortune 500 companies, including Amazon, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Procter & Gamble.

Erik earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
